2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Orders:

2.1.1 Payment Methods: We accept iDeal, Tikkie, and bank transfer. For in-person payments, cash is also accepted.

2.1.2 Payment via Bank Transfer: Customers can also send their payments via bank transfer with these details:

2.1.3 Payment in Person: In-person payments are applicable for both collecting orders at our office and in-person delivery.

2.2 Order Changes and Cancellations:

2.2.1 Change of Order: Changes to your order are allowed if payment has not been made. Once payment is completed, order modifications are not possible.

2.2.2 Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us promptly to initiate the cancellation process. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

 

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Returns:

3.1.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days for dried goods only. Fresh or frozen products are non-returnable.

3.1.2 Return Procedure: To arrange a return, contact us at utrechpinoystore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +31648394568. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.1.3 Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned items in good condition, we will process a refund for the cost of the items.

 

4.Pick-up  and Delivery

4.1 Pickup

4.1.1. Pick-up Option: Customers have the convenient option to pick up their orders directly from our main office located at 1e Daalsedijk 222, 3513 TJ Utrecht, Netherlands.

4.2 Delivery

4.1.1. Free Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery to our valued local customers for orders of €40 and above within the city of Utrecht, excluding frozen goods.

4.1.2. Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below €40 within Utrecht are subject to a €5 delivery fee, excluding frozen goods.

4.1.3. Outside Utrecht: For orders (excluding frozen goods.) outside the city, a delivery fee of €7.50 applies, with no minimum order amount.

4.3 Delivery Area

4.3.1. Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping services throughout the Netherlands, excluding frozen goods.

4.3.2. Frozen Products: Frozen items are exclusively available for pick-up by appointment at our main office located at 1e Daalsedijk 222, 3513 TJ Utrecht, Netherlands.

4.4 Delivery Timeframe

4.4.1. Delivery times are estimated, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.Delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances.

4.4.2. Estimated Times: While we aim for accuracy, please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary.
Unforeseen Delays: Delays could occur due to unexpected circumstances; we appreciate your understanding in such instances.

 

5.Product Information and Quality

5.1 Product Descriptions: Product descriptions on our Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not guarantee the absence of errors, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.

5.2 Fresh and Frozen Products: For fresh or frozen products, we ensure their quality at the time of purchase or pick-up. Utrecht Pinoy Store is not responsible for the quality of these products after this timeframe.
