Can I change/cancel my order?
Order Changes: You have the flexibility to adjust your order details if payment has not yet been processed. Once payment is completed, changes to your order are no longer possible.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Kindly contact us promptly to initiate the cancellation process. Once the package is dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
Can I return my order?
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days for dried goods only. Unfortunately, returns for fresh or frozen products cannot be accommodated.
Return Procedure: To arrange a return, please get in touch with us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the items in good condition, we will initiate a refund for the cost of the items.
Do you offer free delivery?
Enjoy free delivery for orders €40 and above to our valued local customers within the city of Utrecht.
Do you ship to anywhere in the Netherlands?
We offer shipping services across the Netherlands, excluding frozen goods. Frozen products are exclusively available for pick-up by appointment at our store.
How can I pay for my order?
We gladly accept payment through iDeal, Tikkie, and bank transfer. For in-person transactions, cash payments are accepted.
This payment policy is applicable to:
a. Collecting an order at our physical store.
b. In person delivery.
